Mind & Body is a mix of yoga, pilates, and Tai Chi. With Andreia, a qualified instructor with 10+ years of experience, we tailored a program of two Mind & Body sessions targeted specifically at the needs of longboarders and surfers.
The practice is comprised of balance, strength, and flexibility exercises with a touch of meditation and breathing techniques. It will not only help to boost your performance but also save you from the soaring muscles the next day :)
