Moving our bodies is inherently joyful, liberating, and simply fun, and we created this weekend to celebrate the gift of moving to the fullest.
We will dance and skate, skate and dance, while reconnecting with ourselves and bonding with others.
The program will start on Friday, Oct 7th at 15:00 and end on Sunday, Oct 9th around midday.
Friday, Oct 7thth
intro to house (history of house music & dance, basic grooves & moves)
longboard lesson (the basics of longboarding for confident riding)
Saturday, Oct 8th
morning class (warm up with basic grooves and steps from first day, learn a little routine, workout)
longboard lesson (introduction to longboard dancing)
chill dance & stretch night (follow the teacher to an r’n’b music to feel the beat, stretching session)
Sunday, Oct 9th
longboard lesson (refining what we learnt and introducing new elements)

Move Your Way is an intensive beginner-friendly weekend perfect for anyone who would like to explore new ways of moving through dance and longboarding.
However, our goal with it is not only to share with you the fundamentals of both disciplines but also create a safe and empowering space for experimenting, looking silly, playing, and enjoying.
The program is oriented at first-timers and beginners so there is no entry level requirement to join, just your attitude: openness, trust and desire to have fun.
